Eng Kong’s Journey with the 360 Breakthrough Award
The 360 Breakthrough Award was jointly organised by Human Capital Singapore Pte Ltd (HCS), Asia Competitiveness Institute – Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (ACI-LKYSPP) and the NUS Business School. It aimed to recognise companies for achieving innovative breakthroughs in Human Capital practices and Productivity.
Eng Kong’s Breakthrough Award journey begun in 2013, the main breakthrough targeted were the enhancement of employee communication and engagement, training and development, the performance appraisal system, and strategic use of technology for productivity.
Eng Kong is proud to be one of the award-winning recipients, having being awarded the Highest Honor, the Titanium Award, among a few hundred participating companies. This award has positioned Eng Kong well as it continues to develop industry standards and delivers value to its clients in the region.
HCS Lifelong Learning Award 2019
Eng Kong is proud to receive HCS Lifelong Learning Award 2019, this award is to recognise the Corporates for their continuous capability development in systems, processes and people.

Eng Kong is proud to be one of the award-winning recipients for the Total Defence Awards 2019. This Total Defence Award is the highest national accolade awarded by the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Home Affairs to recognise companies, organisations and individuals who have demonstrated exemplary support for National Service and our NS Men.
