Mr
Lim Jit Poh
Non-Executive
Chairman,
Independent Director
Mr Lim was appointed non-executive Chairman and Independent Director of the Group on 7 May 2008. At the same time, he had also been
appointed Chairman of the Nominating Committee and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr Lim is the Chairman of ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited, SBS Transit Ltd, VICOM Ltd, Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited and China Printing & Dyeing Holdings Limited. He is the lead independent director of Kim Eng Holdings Limited as well as a director of several unlisted companies under the ownerships of the Singapore Labour Foundation and Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd.
Mr Lim was a former top civil servant and a Fulbright scholar. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal by the Government of Singapore in 1972 and three awards by the National Trades Union Congress, namely, Friend of Labour Award in 1986, Meritorious Service Award in 1990 and Distinguished Service Award in 2000. In 2006, he was one of the recipients of the Distinguished Science Alumni Award from the National University of Singapore. He is also a Trustee of the Singapore National Employers Federation.
Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Science with honours in Physics from the University of Singapore and a Master of Education from the University of Oregon, United States. |
Mr Li Hung, Eddie
Deputy Chairman
Mr
Eddie Li is the Deputy Chairman and a substantial shareholder of the Group. Mr Li
accumulated extensive experience in the container depot business having entered the
industry upon high school graduation. In 1978, he co-founded Eng Kong with Mr Paul Ng.
With
over 30 years of experience in the container depot business, Mr Li is responsible for
reviewing and implementing the Groups financial, marketing, human resource and
business development initiatives. Mr Li is also in charge of spearheading the Groups
growth strategies and in driving the Groups expansion plans in the region.
Mr
Li is a director of various subsidiaries of the Group as well as a number of unlisted
companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. |
Mr
Ng Kam Ming, Paul
Managing
Director
Mr
Paul Ng is the Managing Director and a substantial shareholder of the Group. Mr Ng
co-founded Eng Kong with Mr Eddie Li in 1978 and has over 30 years of experience in the
container depot industry, having entered the business upon graduation from high school.
As
Managing Director, he is in charge of overseeing the Groups overall operations
including depot expansion and yard planning, sales and marketing, equipment procurement,
implementation of quality control, information technology and other productivity measures
to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Mr
Ng is a director of various subsidiaries and holds directorships in a number of unlisted
companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. Mr Ng is
the committee member of the Singapore Container Depot Association. |
Mr Leung Wai Kuen, Godfrey
Executive Director
Mr
Godfrey Leung is an Executive Director and a substantial shareholder of the Group.
Mr
Leungs responsibilities include managing the Groups warehousing and CFS
operations in China and Hong Kong SAR, the Groups depot operations in Yantian,
Shekou and Hong Kong SAR, cost management and customer quality assurance in the region.
Mr
Leung has more than 30 years of experience in warehousing, CFS, transportation, container
depot and freight forwarding. He also holds directorships in various unlisted companies in
Hong Kong SAR, Canada, Vietnam and the British Virgin Islands.

Mr
Lim How Teck
Independent
Director
Mr. Lim How Teck is an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee of the Group.
Mr Lim is the Chairman of CERTIS CISCO Security Pte Ltd, Redwood International Pte Ltd and Deputy Chairman of Tuas Power Ltd. He is also a director of ARA Asset Management Ltd, IFS Capital Ltd, Jurong Port Pte Ltd, Lasseters International Holdings Ltd,
MacArthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Ltd, Mermaid Maritime Public Co Ltd, M & C Business Trust Management Ltd, Orangestar Investment Holdings Pte Ltd, PNG Sustainable Development Program Ltd and The Foundation for Development Cooperation (FDC) Group.
Mr Lim retired in 2005 from Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) after 26 years having served in various positions including Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of NOL and its group of companies. He has extensive international qualifications and experience in business finance and accounting. He obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore in 1975. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom, a Fellow of the Certified Public Accountants of Australia, a Fellow of the
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Mr Lim also completed the Harvard Graduate School of Business Corporate Financial Management Course in 1983 and Advanced Management Programme in 1989. He was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the Singapore Government in 1999.

Audrey Teo Loh

Director
Mrs Loh is an Independent Director of the Group and the Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee. She is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee. Mrs Loh is the Chief Architect (Transport Infrastructure) at the Land Transport Authority.
She has over 30 years of experiences in both the private and public sectors in Singapore, Indonesia and the United States, covering architecture, planning and development; real estate business and project management of major infrastructure projects.
Mrs Loh is a registered architect. She holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning and a Masters of Arts (Economics) from the University of Hawaii, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture (Honors) from the University of Singapore.

Chua Lin Lin, Evelyn
Group Financial Controller
Ms
Evelyn Chua, a Certified Public Accountant of the Institute of Certified Public
Accountants of Singapore and ACIS, Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered
Secretaries & Administrators, joined the Group in September 2005 as the Group
Financial Controller. She is overall responsible for the Groups financial and
management accounting, treasury and taxation. She has more than 15 years of experience in
an international accounting firm and two public listed companies.

Ms
Toh Leh Lan, Cynthia
Administrative
Manager - Corporate
Ms
Cynthia Toh is the Administration Manager for our Corporate Office. She has been with the
Group for more than 20 years. She joined the Group in 1985 as an Accounts Executive and
was promoted to Accounts and Administrative Services Manager in 1998 to oversee the
accounts and administration department. In 2000, she was promoted to Administration
Manager (Corporate Office) to be in charge of human resource, administration, project
development, contracts review and internal control.
Ms Toh holds a diploma in accounting from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examination
Board. |
Mr
Hew Chee Fatt
General
Manager - South East Asia/Hong Kong/Southern China
Mr
Hew Chee Fatt is the General Manager for the Container Depot Division for all locations
except Northern China. His responsibilities include overseeing the depots operations,
customer service and sales and marketing.
Mr
Hew has been with the Group for more than 18 years. He joined the Group in 1991 as a
Special Project Executive before being promoted to Depot Manager in Singapore in 1994. In
1997, he was promoted to Regional Manager for Customer Service and Quality Assurance. In
2003, he was promoted to General Manager for South East Asia and in 2004, his portfolio
expanded to include container depots in Hong Kong and Southern China. |
Mr Mr Chan Yui Nam, Joseph
General Manager - Northern China
Mr Joseph Chan is the General Manager for the Container Depot Division for Northern China. Based in Shanghai, Mr Chan’s responsibilities include representing the Group’s
interests and managing the Group’s business in Northern China (Shanghai, Tianjin and Qingdao) including depot operations and all related business.
Mr Chan has more than 30 years of experience in stevedoring, container port operations, container depot, shipping liner agency, ship chartering and container leasing. He held regional managerial positions in multi-national companies covering Asia Pacific prior to joining the Group in 1995.
Mr Chan completed his high school education in
Hong Kong and attended an executive level Sales
Management Course in the Columbia University in New Jersey, U.S.A.

Mr
Heng Hua Teck, Henry
General
Manager - Container Sales and Survey
Mr
Henry Heng is the General Manager of the Container Sales and Agencies Division as well as
the new build Container Survey Division. His responsibilities include sales and marketing,
operations and project development.
Mr
Heng has over 30 years of industry experience. He started his career with the Port of
Singapore Authority and eventually moved on to the container depot and container leasing
industries in various positions. He has a higher School Certificate in education. |
Mr
Tan Wee Hong, Ronny
General
Manager - Malaysia
Mr
Ronny Tan is the General Manager for Malaysia. Based in Port Klang, his responsibilities
include managing the Group's interests and promotion of the Group's business in Malaysia
including depot operations and related businesses.
Mr
Tan is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also a
Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also holds an MBA from University of Southern
Queensland, Australia majoring in International Business Studies.

Cheung Wing Leung, Tony
Deputy
General Manager - Thailand
Mr
Tony Cheung is the Deputy General Manager for the Container Depot Division for Thailand.
Based in Bangkok, Mr Cheung is responsible for overseeing the Thailand depots operation,
customer services and sales and marketing.
Mr
Cheung has more than 16 years of experience in container depot, container leasing and
container survey. Mr Cheung
completed his high school education in Hong Kong and obtained his Bachelor of Mechanical
Engineering degree from Sunderland University (formerly known as Sunderland Polytechnic of
UK). |
Mr
Chan Kam Wing, Oscar
Senior
Technical & Operation Manager - Container Survey
Mr
Oscar Chan is the Senior Technical & Operation Manager of the Container Survey
Division based in Shekou (Southern China). Mr Chan is responsible for the effective
deployment of the Groups inspectors as well as overseeing all technical aspects
relating to the inspection of new containers manufactured in China & South East Asia.
Prior
to joining the Group, Mr Chan had 10 years
of
experience in both container depot operation &
inspection
of new containers.
He
completed his high school education in Hong Kong. |
Mr
Chan Hock Soon, PBM
Acting
General Manager - Group Human Resources
Mr Chan Hock Soon joined the Group in 2004 and has brought with him more than 30 years of working experience in various industries.
Mr Chan holds various professional qualifications and currently is a professional member of the Singapore Institute of Human Resource (MSHRI), International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA)-USA,
Licentiate Association for Professional Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (LAPHP)-UK, International Association of Counsellors & Therapists (IACT)-USA. Mr Chan is also a Certified Hypnotherapy (CH) with the National Guild of Hypnosis (NGH)-USA. Currently, he is pursuing a post-graduate program majoring in Neuro-psychology.
In 1996, Mr Chan participated in the USIA International Visitors program administered under the FulBright Act program by the United States Government. In 1997, Mr Chan was conferred the Public Service Medal (PBM), by the Government of Singapore.
